All bookings require deposit to be taken at checkout.
All new clients need skin test minimum 48hrs before booked app. This is your responsibility to attend and if not attended and checked off before app the app won't go ahead with 100% of the bill to be paid.
Cancellations under any circumstance 3 days or less will incur 100% bill to be taken
(at Frazer's discretion)
NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Please be aware re-scheduling is at the next available which currently is around 2/3 months wait. Frazer may alter things at his discretion but is not obligated to adjust his own time outwith his designated hours to accommodate this.
This includes lateness beyond frazers discretionary time period which is at his discretion.
By booking you agree to all T&C's and will adhere to the policy's that frazer enforces with no exceptions or aggressive behaviour.
Frazer reserve's the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstances with 0-100% of the bill being withdrawn for the inconvenience.
